1. Introduction

Welcome to GiftHub. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the GiftHub digital gift card platform. By accessing or using our marketplace, services, or tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

To purchase gift cards and vouchers from GiftHub, you must create a personal account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all transactions and activities occurring under your account profile.

3. Gift Card Purchases

GiftHub provides a marketplace that allows customers to purchase digital vouchers and gift cards. All sales are processed instantly. Please verify the brand, voucher amount, and recipient email carefully before completing your transaction. All information provided must be complete and accurate.

4. Voucher Delivery

Upon successful payment completion, your purchased digital vouchers are allocated and displayed instantly on the Voucher Details page. We also send the voucher codes and PIN details directly to your registered email address and mobile number. Delivery is automated and completed within seconds under normal operating conditions.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of gift card vouchers, all purchases made on GiftHub are final and non-refundable. Once a voucher code has been allocated, generated, or delivered to you, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled under any circumstances, unless the code is proven to be structurally invalid at the time of purchase.

6. Payment Terms

We accept payments via integrated credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking platforms. All transaction values are in INR (Indian Rupees). You authorize GiftHub to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your cart checkout, including any applicable transaction fees.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the GiftHub website only for lawful transactions. You are responsible for ensuring that the recipient's details (such as email addresses for gifting) are correct. GiftHub is not responsible for vouchers sent to incorrect email addresses provided by the buyer.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following actions on GiftHub:

• Attempting to bypass voucher allocation algorithms or inventory system bounds.
• Utilizing automated bots, scripts, or scrapers to index or purchase vouchers.
• Engaging in fraudulent payment transactions or chargebacks.
• Reselling GiftHub digital codes on unauthorized secondary markets.

9. Limitation of Liability

GiftHub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. GiftHub, its parent company, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, our gift card marketplace or the purchased digital codes.
